What you're buying

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased practice exam product for 90 days from the date of purchase. Access is for one individual. Sharing access links is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.

Practice exams — not the real thing

ExamBenchmark provides practice questions and exam simulations for study purposes. Our questions are original and are not actual NCEES or NSPS exam questions. Question content is generated with the assistance of AI systems, verified through automated multi-model review, and reviewed by a licensed Professional Surveyor; despite this, we do not warrant that every question, answer, or explanation is free of error. Content is provided for exam preparation only and does not constitute professional surveying, engineering, or legal advice.

No guarantee of results

Exam preparation outcomes depend on many factors. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that use of ExamBenchmark will result in passing any examination or obtaining any license or certification.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish question content; attempt to circumvent payment or access controls; or use the service to build a competing question bank.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes
