If ExamBenchmark isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days

Refunds after the 7-day window are at our discretion, but if something is broken on our end — you paid and couldn't access your exam, or a technical failure ate your session — we will always make it right. Email us.

How to request

Email support@exambenchmark.com from the address you used at checkout, and include roughly when you purchased. That's it.
