This policy describes what [BUSINESS NAME] collects when you use ExamBenchmark and how it's used.
What we collect
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We receive from Stripe your email address, purchase details, and a payment confirmation. Exam activity (answers, scores, progress) is processed to deliver the product; exam progress is checkpointed in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. Technical data such as anonymized usage analytics may be collected to improve the service.
How we use it
To deliver purchased products, verify access, recover purchases when you ask us to, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in (e.g., a waitlist).
AI processing
Practice questions are generated using the Anthropic API. Exam requests sent for question generation do not include your name, email, or payment details.
Retention & deletion
Purchase records are retained in Stripe per its policies and our legal obligations. To request deletion of your data, email support@exambenchmark.com.
